Each painting is carefully packaged by me to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. I use a combination of protective materials, including cardboard backing, painting sleeves, padding, and sturdy outer packaging, to safeguard your artwork during transit. Additionally, each shipment includes a certificate of authenticity and care instructions to help you maintain your new piece of art.
Shipping Carriers
Domestic (Belgium): Shipped via bpost for reliable and timely delivery.
International: Shipped via UPS, ensuring secure and professional handling of your artwork.
Tracking & Delivery Options
Tracking is available upon request for an additional fee.
Express or expedited shipping options are also available for customers who need their artwork sooner.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight and size of the artwork. These costs will be displayed at checkout.
For international orders, please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Damages
All sales are final, as each artwork is unique.
If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging.
If the damage is determined to be my responsibility, I will offer a refund or send a new artwork.
If the damage is not due to my handling or packaging, I cannot offer a refund.
