Each painting is carefully packaged by me to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. I use a combination of protective materials, including cardboard backing, painting sleeves, padding, and sturdy outer packaging, to safeguard your artwork during transit. Additionally, each shipment includes a certificate of authenticity and care instructions to help you maintain your new piece of art.

Shipping Carriers

  • Domestic (Belgium): Shipped via bpost for reliable and timely delivery.

  • International: Shipped via UPS, ensuring secure and professional handling of your artwork.

Tracking & Delivery Options

  • Tracking is available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Express or expedited shipping options are also available for customers who need their artwork sooner.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and the weight and size of the artwork. These costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • For international orders, please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Damages

  • All sales are final, as each artwork is unique.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and packaging.

    • If the damage is determined to be my responsibility, I will offer a refund or send a new artwork.

    • If the damage is not due to my handling or packaging, I cannot offer a refund.
